The Italian Winery
Location
A quaint winery located on hill in the Piedmont region just south of the Italian Alpes.
Context
Our client was having issues with rain water runoff and flooding on their property.
Our investigation
We identified that a number of landslides had occurred on their property in the past century and that more could occur in the futur.
Results
Based on our findings, the property owners constructed a number of protective measures and increased their insurance coverage against landslide damage.
